Chan Wai-Leong has had extensive years of experience in Executive search since 2006 and was a co-founder and partner of DTCA – Executive Search Partners in Asia (now part of Eric Salmon & Partners). Before that, he held senior management positions in multi-national corporations like SAP and Gateway.
He sat on the Board of PHILAB Holdings and was an Independent Board Director in Interplex Holdings Ltd.
He is currently a Partner at Eric Salmon & Partners, one of the leading Executive Search firms, with offices in Brussels, Frankfurt, Geneva, London, Milan, Paris, Rome, Shanghai and Singapore.
Wai-Leong holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University.
