YOU CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE

Together we can make a difference!

Your support means a lot to our beneficiaries!  Every bit counts!  Help us to continue our mission in serving children and youths with additional needs, persons with disabilities, vulnerable families and seniors by making a donation.

Donations to AWWA support life-changing programmes that empower those we serve and maximise the potential of our communities to lead dignified and independent lives.

As AWWA is an approved Institution of a Public Character, 250% tax deduction is granted by Singapore regulatory agencies for all cash donations this year.

The AWWA Welfare Fund provides support to thousands of AWWA beneficiaries across various services and programmes, including early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and disability support for children and adults with additional needs, assistance to low-income families, caregivers, and health and social assistance for vulnerable seniors. Giving where the need is greatest, we believe your support will fuel existing clients and generations to come with a brighter future, empowering the greatest potential in them.

Please contact Community Partnership at giving@awwa.org.sg for more information.

Thank you for walking this journey with us.

Available Donation Options

We welcome donations-in-kind (“DIK”) items from everyone. We can only accept items that support our mission and objectives. All DIK items will be accepted at the discretion of AWWA Ltd. Once accepted, the DIK items become the property of AWWA Ltd. We retain the right to use, distribute to our beneficiary, transfer to an external party or dispose of the items as we see fit, unless a specific arrangement has been made with the donor.

We regret that we can only accept items that meet our current needs so that there is no wastage of donated items. For perishable items, we might not be able to accept items that have a shelf life of less than six months.

Unused Medications

We will not be able to receive unused medications. You may consider returning any unused medications to the pharmacies where they were prescribed. Thank you for your understanding. To minimise the environmental impact of wasted drugs and unintended drug exposure to children and animals, the Pharmaceutical Society of Singapore recommends the following:

  1. Remove any personal information such as your name from the medicine package, container, or bag.
  2. Place the medication in a bag and secure it properly.
  3. Return the mediation to a nearby pharmacy.

We thank you for your kind understanding.

All donors will receive an acknowledgement email for the items that they donate.

If you would like to find out more about the items that we need, please contact us at giving@awwa.org.sg

When you leave a Legacy Gift, you’re leaving a lasting impact on the lives of future generations! You can leave as much or as little as you want – there is no gift too small to make an impact. It only takes a few minutes to leave a gift to charity but it creates a legacy that lives on forever.

You can also choose to remember and honour your dearly departed loved ones by making a memorial gift that would leave a legacy and provide support to over 12,000 AWWA clients including early intervention for pre-schoolers, education and integration support for children and adults with additional needs, social assistance for vulnerable families, and care services for seniors.
