Special Student Care Centre
Our centre provides after-school care for students with additional needs, offering a safe space for social interaction, enrichment, and life-skills training, while giving caregivers respite and support.
Adults - 18 to 55 years old

AWWA Home and Day Activity Centre
We support adults with physical and multiple disabilities, fostering inclusion and empowering them to live with purpose, dignity, and a sense of belonging in the community.

Family Service Centre
We support individuals and families through life’s challenges by providing personalised assistance, building on their strengths, and empowering them to grow, connect, and thrive in their communities.

Transitional Shelter
We provide temporary housing for displaced families, journeying with them to rebuild stability and work towards long-term solutions.
Seniors

Active Ageing Centre
We empower seniors to age with grace by fostering a connected community through the Community of Care initiative, proactively reaching out, assessing needs, and linking them to the right health and social support.

CREST
We serve as a first-stop touchpoint for mental health, promoting early identification and providing psychosocial support for individuals and caregivers in the community.

Dementia Day Care Centre
We provide person-centred day care for individuals with mild to severe dementia, aiming to slow functional decline and offer respite for caregivers.

Integrated Home and Day Care
We provide person-centred home and centre-based care to help seniors age in place, maintain their independence, and delay the need for nursing home care.

Rehab and Day Care Centre
We support seniors and individuals with physical disabilities through structured rehabilitation, engaging day programmes, and caregiver support to maximise independence and quality of life.

Senior Community Home
We provide housing and person-centred care for low-income seniors aged 60 and above, supporting their independence, well-being, and integration into the community.
Allied Health

Home Personal Care Service
We support adults with disabilities and frail seniors with home-based care, helping them stay integrated and independent within the community.

Home Therapy
We provide island-wide physiotherapy, occupational, and speech therapy for clients unable to attend centre-based services, offering personalised care plans and holistic support for a wide range of conditions.

Therapy Hub
As one of Singapore’s largest therapy hubs run by a social service agency, our team of nearly 180 registered Allied Health Professionals delivers holistic care across all life stages, supporting individuals within AWWA and partner agencies to enhance independence and quality of life.
