CREST (Community Resource Engagement and Support Team)

Started in April 2019, CREST is a community outreach team which aims to serve as a community safety network for people with/at-risk of dementia, depression and/or other mental health conditions. CREST also trains volunteers to be Dementia Champions/ Befrienders and provides facilitation in the development of a dementia-friendly community in Woodlands.
