Recovering from an illness, let alone surgery is never easy. Aaron, however, defied all odds and excelled academically all the while recovering from a spinal surgery.

While recovering from his operation, Aaron missed several months of school and was falling behind academically. When he was fit enough to resume studies, he spent countless hours studying and ensuring he left no stone unturned. Aaron participated in physical lessons and saw each lesson as a learning opportunity. His determination and perseverance paid off as he achieved stellar results in his class tests.

Aaron’s efforts were made known, and he was interviewed by CNA when President Halimah Yacob visited his school in 2019.
