Formerly known as Home Based Care and started in 2014, Home Personal Care Service (HPCS) provides support for adults with physical and multiple disabilities and their caregivers.
HPCS aims to prolong the ability of home-based clients to stay integrated within the community, by providing them with personal care services within their homes which are situated all over the island.
