AWWA is proud to mark a significant milestone—55 years of dedicated service and unwavering efforts to strengthen Singapore’s social compact.

From establishing one of Singapore’s earliest Family Service Centres in 1970 to starting Singaopre’s first inclusive preschool in 2016, we have continuously stayed ahead of the curve, and addressed social and community gaps as they arise and evolve. Today, AWWA supports over 6,000 persons across life stages each year.
