People Giving To People

AWWA is a thriving organisation whose team members, volunteers and supporters together accomplish a vital mission to positively shift the lives of people – one individual at a time – through essential education programmes and human services throughout Singapore.

Our founding members were driven by a sincere desire to help our community’s traditionally underrepresented population. Throughout the years, we have grown with our constituents leading the development of forward-thinking programmes and services. Our track record speaks for itself.

But we’re not finished yet. We continue to educate ourselves to improve our services to better serve our constituents. We’re not afraid to be the first and push the limits of what we believe to be inherently the right thing to do by initiating innovative services and centres to support our efforts. We publicly support policies and initiatives to accomplish our pioneering positive ideas, and as a result, AWWA has become one of the sector’s most highly-effective advocates.

In the upcoming months, we will continue to build awareness about issues that affect children with special needs and disabilities, families, our aging senior populations, and the caregivers who support them every day.

Check back soon for new information and resources. In the meantime, explore our website to find out more about AWWA.
