Remo

Stories of Resilience – Remo

Remo stays with his aunt, Mdm Saadiah, who has limited mobility due to her health condition. Being the older child in his household, Remo takes on the role of a caregiver and actively assists Mdm Saadiah with household chores such as mopping the floors and washing clothes. On top of that, he also supports her in her daily needs. It is undeniably challenging for him to shoulder these immense responsibilities at his age, but he did it without complaint.
Remo is currently attending APSN and this strong-willed boy did not let his disability stop him from contributing to his family and worked part-time at Burger King during the holidays to provide additional financial support. Despite his young age, Remo has shown much responsibility and maturity, contributing greatly and providing tremendous support to those around him.
