Meet Iffa Raffhahan, one of our dedicated Care Facilitators who has been providing quality care to our clients for the past six years. She recently had her second child and, like many working mothers, was looking for a way to balance her family commitments with her passion for caregiving. Thanks to the support of her supervisor and an understanding team, Iffa has been able to maintain this balance successfully. Her passion for her job and AWWA’s culture of learning have also motivated her to pursue further education, including a Diploma in Rehabilitation Care.

We are inspired by Iffa’s dedication to her clients, her commitment to upskilling, and her ability to balance her career and family responsibilities.
