“Women make up the majority in education, health and social care sectors. AWWA was started by a group of caring women back in 1970 and is now running various services to help the aged and persons with disabilities.

On this International Women’s Day, let us honour and remember all the good work and contributions that women, past and present, have done in protecting and caring for lives and nurturing the sectors– like a mother to a child.

I’m glad and proud to be a part of this organization to continue its mission to serve our clients and families with care and dignity. I also enjoy working alongside all my colleagues in shaping eldercare and social services to meet the needs of today and the future.
