Home Personal Care Service (HPCS) supports adults with disabilities and frail seniors so that they may remain integrated within the community through home-based personal care services.

Services include:

• Assisting with personal care tasks and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs)
• Simple maintenance exercises
• Cognitive Stimulation programmes
• Companionship & Recreation Activities
• Light Grocery Shopping
• Light Housekeeping

How to apply:
