About Campaign
AWWA Special Student Care Centre (SSCC) provides care for children aged 7 to 18 who do not have alternative after-school caregiving options. The Centre's enrichment activities complement their education, building social competency and independence. This service also allows caregivers time to attend to work and other commitments. Without your support, many special needs students will not have the physical care and opportunities for social interaction in a safe environment, unable to enrich their quality of life through enrichment activities and adaptive daily living skills training programmes and outdoor activities, and their caregivers will not have the opportunity to return to the workforce.
