AWWA to me is…“a place where I experience the joy of service”.
Manoj joined AWWA in October 2016 and currently oversees our youth disability programmes and Allied Health Professional Group, as Deputy Director.
Manoj has over 20 years of experience in the social service sector with engagements in clinical, training and management roles. Manoj sits on the Resource Panel for leadership development (Ministry for Social and Family Development – MSF) and the Social Service Skills Future Tripartite Taskforce (MSF). Manoj is also a member of the Complaints Panel (Allied Health Professions Council – AHPC) and the Sunray Mentorship Panel (National Council of Social Services – NCSS)
Manoj was appointed Social Service Fellow by NCSS in 2017 in recognition of his contributions, and currently serves as a mentor in the NCSS Sunray programme.
Manoj has a Masters in Speech Pathology & Audiology and extensive post-graduate certification in clinical and leadership areas. He is also a certified administrator of the MBTI suite of instruments and Extended DISC for personal and team development.
