Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Teach and/or play with seniors in game sessions (mainly mahjong, rummy-oh).
Befriend and have conversations with seniors.
Volunteers must be able to commit every Tuesday 1.30pm to 4pm.

Criteria

Criteria:

Min. commitment period: 3 month
*Volunteer frequency: Weekly
*No. of hours per session: 3 hours
*Volunteer Start Date: Anytime
Language Ability: Able to converse well with seniors in English/Mandarin. Knowledge of dialects is a bonus.
Character Traits: Friendly, warm, patient in teaching game rules, enthusiasm is welcomed.
Experience: Basic knowledge of how to play rummy-oh/mahjong.
