Beryl is AWWA’s Director for Early Intervention, reporting to Senior Director (Disability & Inclusion) Bruce. She oversees AWWA’s children disability services, including the Early Intervention Continuum and the Development Support and Learning Support (DS-LS) programme, ensuring that children with developmental needs and their families receive the support they need to thrive.
Beryl brings a wealth of experience from both the corporate and non-profit sectors. During her decade-long tenure at Thomson Reuters, she held various regional leadership roles overseeing operations across Asia. Since transitioning to the non-profit sector in 2011, Beryl has been focused on empowering vulnerable communities. As Executive Director at Yong-en Care Centre, she led initiatives supporting seniors, children, and youth. Subsequently, as Cluster Director of Community Eldercare Services at Methodist Welfare Services, she managed a comprehensive suite of senior care services, enhancing the quality of care and community integration for older adults.
A passionate advocate for talent and leadership development, Beryl is an executive coach holding certifications as a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach and has an International Coaching Federation credential as Associate Certified Coach.
Beryl holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
