Paul is the Chief Executive Officer of EDBI and Chief Corporate Officer of SG Growth Capital.

He joined EDBI in 2010 and was appointed CEO on 1 February 2023. Over the years, he has held various leadership roles, including spearheading investments in global information and communication technology, emerging technology sectors, and Singapore-based enterprises.

Before EDBI, Paul managed investments in public consumer companies across emerging markets outside Asia at the Government of Singapore Investment Corporation (GIC). He began his career at PSA Corporation, overseeing and implementing IT infrastructure projects with a focus on security, networks, and systems management.

Paul is a CFA charterholder and holds advanced degrees in both finance and engineering. He earned a Master of Science in Wealth Management from Singapore Management University and graduated with First Class Honours in Electrical Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
