Allied Health

AWWA’s Home Therapy started in 2016 and offers a full suite of Allied Health Professional services – Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. Home Therapy provides island-wide rehabilitation, home environment review, and home-based exercise training for clients who are unable to attend centre-based services.

Our therapists treat a wide range of conditions, such as stroke, fractures, dementia, dysphagia, Parkinson’s disease, cancer rehabilitation and women’s health issues. Our therapists journey with you, your family, and caregivers to develop a personalised care plan that ensures meaningful goals are achieved holistically, while also providing case management services and support in accessing financial schemes.

Doctors and healthcare providers will refer patients via the Agency for Integrated Care Portal (BRIGHT).

Upon receiving a referral, our team will reach out to schedule an initial assessment and design a personalised care plan for you.
