Public Forum on "Worrying Too Much? Need Help?"

Changi General Hospital (CGH) invites you to its public forum titled ‘Worrying Too Much? Need Help?’ on Saturday, 14 August 2010 at its Training Centre’s Auditorium from 1.00 pm to 4.00pm. The forum will focus on providing participants with useful information to understand a very common anxiety condition known as Generalised Anxiety Disorder or GAD. In addition, tips on how to lessen and manage stress, as well as the various treatment options will be shared by the CGH’s team of mental health professionals.

All interested participants are invited to register directly with CGH via online application. Alternatively, you may also wish to call 6850 2729 or 6850 2735 to register. There will be a nominal fee of $5.00 for registration and kindly note that children below 12 years old will not be admitted.
