We make you work ready through career guidance and skills training in areas such as resume writing, self awareness and interview skills. 

Sustainable employment depends on the relationship between you, your family and employer. We reinforce this bond by arranging internships with employers and focused workshops.  During your internship, you will spend between 3 weeks and 6 months with one of our corporate partners. 

We have 35 corporate partners but are looking for more in all industries, especially information technology and computing.

If you cannot manage open-employment and want to start your own business, our BusinessAccess programme offers a packaged office environment with logistical and technical support at a nominal cost to help you get started.
